I’m a Barrister specialising in criminal and traffic law. This includes offences involving drink driving, driving while disqualified, domestic violence, financial crime, drugs, assault and many more.

Though based in Auckland I provide nationwide service for work licences and most other cases.

I approach law in a different manner to traditional legal practitioners. I do not charge for information, or by the hour. I charge for outcomes.

I understand that clients want the best result in the shortest possible time.

I have travelled extensively, run businesses, and spoken at conferences throughout 5 continents. This type of experience outside the courtroom allows me to quickly build rapport with clients regardless of their background.

In 2010 I was the most requested defense lawyer in New Zealand and ran the largest practice in the country by caseload.

I’ve interviewed, read, and presented 1000’s of cases. That means I can usually make a quick determination of options and expected outcomes regardless of the case.
